Life without internet

Well, not really. obviously. since I'm writing this entry.

Still no pictures from the new place, next post I promise.

The dog is gone though!!!! Yesterday I got home and Cici was like, "I gave my puppy to a friend."
I was like yayayayayayayay!!! "Oh that's too bad, I"m so sorry, why?"
"It was smelly"
Oh you mean like how the apartment smells like pee? "Yeah a little, what a bummer you must be so sad, I'm sad to see him go"
"Yeah I've been sad all day."

But really, amazing. I like dogs, and I want one. someday. but one that sheds little and doesn't pee everywhere and bark all night.

And it'd not worth the cost to get internet capabilities in the apartment, so I'll have to do without. sadness. So that means checking mail at school, that's fine, or going to coffee shops. At least I won't have to buy a coffee every single time I go though, my other housemate tingna (she named herself) told me about a place I can go and use the internet for free!!! I buy bread there sometimes anyway so it works out. Just not in my house. Maybe I'll be more productive in other parts of life from now on.

Finally, yet another grief about my school. On Friday, Eva says (my paraphrasing to better English), "so your lease is up sunday right?"
"yeah, I just returned the keys today."
"oh you did?" accusing frowning look "oh. well. we still have some um..."
"Well I have to go back monday to take care of the last electricity bill etc."
"okay well we'll send someone with you."
"um, why? for the deposit? I can get that myself."
"no, something else"

and i wish I would've pressed more for what that something else was (i was on my way out the door when she asked me so was just focused on getting the hell out), but i said fine whatever.

So I had to go today to get Kevin so he could come with me, adding another 45 minutes of inconvenience to my day, and when i ask him he says he's going with me to get the deposit. This really pissed me off, considering I'd asked Eva that question directly last week. Tomorrow I intend to inform her that she needn't waste my time like that. Just another reason why I can't wait for September 10th.
