Since Christmas I've only been making choc chip, peanut butter, etc., nothing exciting. So with a glass of chilled (cheap) Chardonnay in hand last night I looked for new recipes and came upon this: The Italian Dish
Didn't have any almond flour so I just used regular and added a half a stick of butter to replace the fat. was tired of peeling pistachios so topped them with green m&ms, bits of chocolate (semisweet), or just a bit of powdered sugar. Amazing. very different texture from your average cookie, will definitely make them again, highly recommended!!!
