...when I sign up for Google Buzz, assuming that I even know that this massive overshare is about to happen, all of those "features" will have to be turned off, one by one, in a confusing and vaguely annoying interface, and I can't do it on my phone. And that is crap.

Doesn't sound like something I want to be involved with. Facebook has been bad enough since it expanded beyond the college world.... 3 years ago or whatever. With the Chinese government (most likely) monitoring everything from my phonecalls to where I buy groceries, not to mention the censorship of information, I think I'll pass on this one Google, but thanks.
I am glad to see I am not the only one who is not a huge fan of Google Buzz.
